My career as a graphic designer began in retail environments, working on product and packaging design. I worked in-house for a Hallmark subsidiary in Cleveland, Ohio designing licensed party favors and decorations before spending 4 years as an in-house designer for The Bonne Bell Company in Lakewood, Ohio creating original print ads, store displays, product designs and packaging design. From there I spent 2 years in Columbus, Ohio as a CAD designer for Justice 4 Girls, creating textile designs and graphic prints for tween apparel focusing on denim, sleepwear and intimates.

As a freelancer, my work in this area has run the gamut from big names like Burt's Bees to small businesses and startups like a stand-up paddleboard company.
